Join us every 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Sagamore Hotel at 730pm for a gentle yoga session and how you can use essential oils to reduce stress. You will learn how to pair essential oils within your yoga practice, easy tips how to reduce stressful situations quickly, all the ways you can use essential oils and how you can incorporate them in your daily life to help manage your stress. 

Please bring your own mat and water !
