Take a moment to reconnect with yourselves in this dreamy, weekly experience where you will be led through slow, meditative movements, and sound healing meditation by yoga teacher Aimèe Cuadra from ALY: Health is Wealth. This class was designed to help us reach states of relaxation and reset our nervous system in a safe, and loving manner. 

About the instructor:

Aimèe Cuadra is a 200 HR Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Miami Beach, FL. She has over 10 years of experience in her practice as well 2 1/2 years of teaching, including Hatha Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Trauma-informed Yoga. Recently in the start of 2024, she has also completed her Mat Pilates Certification and has officially completed her certification in integrative nutrition from IIN, and she doesn’t plan on stopping there. Coming from her personal journey with her own physical, mental, and spiritual health, Aimée is deeply inspired in the quality of our human experiences & learning about the endless tools & resources we have to make the most out of it. She approaches all her work with the utmost love and care, as it is also important to create a safe environment for whoever feels called to join in on an experience.

It was due to this passion that in May 2023,  Aimèe co-founded “ALY Health is Wealth” a mobile wellness business focused on offering accessible classes and gatherings to the community with her partner, Oliver Walker. Their vision together is to continue growing and offering not only tools and resources for health and wellness, but to establish a loving sense of human connection with every interaction they have.
