Hotel Policies

HOTEL POLICIES

  • Check-in time is 4 pm, Check-out time is 11 am.
  • Each guest must present his/her credit card along with a valid ID that matches the reservation. If the room and/or incidental charges are being paid by someone else, the hotel will require the person agreeing to pay to complete a credit card authorization form. One adult guest at least 21 years of age must be registered with your party to check in. A $100.00 per night security deposit for incidental charges will be held upon check-in on your card.
  • Valet Parking is available at the hotel at $27 before taxes with in/out privileges for the first four hours. After that, it's $47 excluding taxes. 
  • Should you wish to have anything shipped to the hotel, we charge a small handling fee of $5.00 per package
  • Pet Policy: We are not a pet-friendly hotel.
  • Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type at an additional charge of $50.00 per rollaway bed. 
  • Clothing must be worn inside the hotel 
  • Ice machine services are available. Please reach to the front desk for more information. 
  • Resort Fee: Our daily resort fee of $43 plus tax includes complimentary wireless internet access, 2 beach chairs, 2 reusable bottles of water per stay, 24/7 fitness center access, 2 hours of complimentary bike rentals, and use of an in-room safe. Beach umbrellas are available for purchase at $25++ and loungers for $17++. 
  • Smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and suites. Our rooms are equipped with advanced smoke detector technology to ensure compliance. Smoking is not permitted on outdoor patios and balconies attached to the guest rooms. A $350.00 smoking fee will be charged to your room bill if smoking is detected inside your room.

yOUR sAFETY

We understand and respect your need for privacy. The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room. 

Keys: Safeguard your keys at all times. Notify a member of Guest Services if you misplaced your key. Proper identification is required to receive a new key. Return your key to the Front Desk upon Check Out.

Safe Deposit Boxes: In-room safes are available free of charge to Guests. Unfortunately, The Sagamore cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left on the premises. Contact Front Desk for further assistance. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room, or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates.
  • Your reservation is subject to a 72-hour cancellation window policy, where a cancellation within the penalty policy will apply a 1st night's room and tax to be charged to your credit card. Certain advanced booking rates apply as non-refundable, and non-changeable as per the cancellation policy listed.
