What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
What do I need to present at check-in?
Each guest must present a valid ID that matches the reservation, along with a credit card. If the room or incidental charges are being paid by someone else, that person must complete a credit card authorization form. One adult guest, at least 21 years of age, must be registered with your party to check in. A $100.00 per night security deposit for incidental charges will be held on your card upon check-in.
Is valet parking available?
Yes, valet parking is available at the hotel for $27 before taxes with in/out privileges for the first four hours. After four hours, the rate is $47 excluding taxes.
What is included in the resort fee?
The daily resort fee of $43 plus tax includes complimentary wireless internet access, 2 beach chairs, 2 reusable bottles of water per stay, 24/7 fitness center access, 2 hours of complimentary bike rentals, and use of an in-room safe. Beach umbrellas are available for purchase at $25++ and loungers for $17++.
What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and suites, as well as on outdoor patios and balconies attached to the guest rooms. Our rooms are equipped with advanced smoke detector technology. A $350.00 smoking fee will be charged to your room bill if smoking is detected inside your room.
What safety measures does the hotel have in place?
We respect your privacy and reserve the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the room's condition. Safeguard your keys at all times and notify Guest Services if you misplace your key. Proper identification is required to receive a new key. Return your key to the Front Desk upon check-out. In-room safes are available free of charge, but the hotel cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left on the premises.
What is the cancellation policy?
Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room, or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing, which may differ from previously confirmed rates. Your reservation is subject to a 72-hour cancellation window policy, where cancellations within this window will result in a charge of the first night's room and tax to your credit card. Certain advanced booking rates are non-refundable and non-changeable as per the cancellation policy listed. Can I ship packages to the hotel?
The first 5 are free, after this we charge $5.00 per package.
What is the hotel’s pet policy?
We are not a pet-friendly hotel.
Are rollaway beds available?
Rollaway beds are subject to availability and room type, with an additional charge of $50.00 per bed.
