Miami never tasted so good. From tasty plant-based cuisine to savory seafood, there’s something for every eater in Miami. Magic City hosts a multitude of food festivals throughout the year, but we’re bringing you the best of the best.

1. South Beach Seafood Festival

October 22 - 26, 2019‎

The 7th annual South Beach Seafood Festival brings leading chefs and over 14,000 seafoodies together to kick off stone crab season with pop-up restaurants, culinary demos, and live music. Enthusiastic seafood lovers can attend An Evening at Joe’s (Stone Crab), the Cooking and Cocktails pairing dinner, Crabs, Slabs, and Cabs cocktail-hour-style event, or be a judge at the VIP Chef Showdown during nightly culinary events before the big festival on Saturday. Named Best Seafood Festival in the U.S. by the Travel Channel, the beachfront fest features mouthwatering seafood from local restaurants and an all-day complimentary open bar.

2. Seed Food and Wine Week

Voted one of the Top 5 Food & Wine Festivals by USA Today, Seed Food and Wine Week is all about elevating the conversation around conscious living through plant-based food and drink. The premier plant-based food and wine festival in the country includes cooking demonstrations, wine tastings, celebrity chef dinners, workshops and panels, urban gardening, and more. Reserve your spot for the 5th Annual Plant-Based Burger Battle, the Roots Farm-to-Table Dinner, or attend the Tasting Village for a day of food, drink, shopping, and guest speakers. Food and drinks from over 150 restaurants, bakeries, wineries, and breweries are included with your ticket.

3. Miami Beach Pop Festival

November 8 - 10, 2019

The Miami Beach Pop Festival is one of the most anticipated events of 2019. The inaugural music/food/cultural festival has been dubbed “a celebration of life on earth” and it’s all going down on the sands of South Beach. The diverse lineup of musicians reflects the many cultures of Miami. Expect 11 musical genres with performances by Chance the Rapper, The Raconteurs, Jack Johnson, and more. Health and wellness activations like meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and sustainability will be practiced during the fest to equip attendees with the knowledge to embrace a more eco-friendly lifestyle. Expect canned water, free water refill stations, and a BYOBottle campaign spearheaded by artist Jack Johnson. Food and beverage vendors will also provide only recyclable or biodegradable utensils and related items. Culinary Host Michael Schwartz, a James Beard award-winning chef-restaurateur, will curate the culinary lineup with a nod to the city’s cross-cultural cuisine.
