Cycling - SoulCycle South Beach

Just a 10-minute walk north of The Sagamore Hotel, strap into a bike at SoulCycle for an indoor group cycling class with high energy music and choreography. The Wave Silent Disco - Dance Therapy

Join us at The Sagamore on the beach every first and third Monday of every month at 5 p.m. for a nourishing way to begin your week, set intentions, and connect with new or old friends. What is The Wave Silent Disco? It’s a guided sunset experience designed for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. It incorporates dance therapy, meditation, mindfulness, and community connection. Your trained embodiment facilitator leads the way and the class is set to a curated musical journey. Each Wave is different, with weekly curated themes, and each facilitator adds their unique gifts (sound healing, drumming, reiki, and more!).

Join us every Thursday at 6 p.m. on the beach here at The Sagamore Hotel for an evening where the vibes are as warm as the sunset.
